A device for mixing and discharging granules of different sizes includes a hopper(20) and a cylindrical drum(22) disposed within the hopper. The cylindrical drum extends to the discharge port(21) of the hopper at its lower portion and is supported on the arm(26) of a driving gear(25) at its upper portion, so that it rotates and reciprocates up and down. The cyclindrical drum itself has a number of holes of slits(24) through which the granules pass.
