The invention relates to a shower partition for bath or shower tubs, having at least one, preferably frameless, angular separating plate, e.g. made from plastic, which can be pivoted immediately above the tub rim by means of wall hinges attached directly to it. In order to improve such a shower partition, it is provided that in the region of the wall hinges the separating plate is angled or offsets in order to form a vertical rim section directed towards the wall hinges.
