摘要 PURPOSE:To discriminate between correlative short-circuiting and grounding and know its position by detecting magnetic fields in the axial direction of the cylindrical metallic case of a compressed gas insulation bus and a direction perpendicular to it. CONSTITUTION:A detection coil (A type coil) 13A which detects a radial magnetic field is provided as a radial magnetic field detection part is provided on the external surfce of the external conductor 11 of the compressed gas insulation bus (GIB)10. Further, a detection coil (B type coil) 13B which detects an axial magnetic field is provided as an axial magnetic field detection part on the external surface of the external conductor 11. The magnetic field detection part 13 consisting of those A and B type coils 13A and 13B is connected to a detection signal conversion part 15 through a lead wire and then connected to a control board 17 through a measurement line 16. In this constitution, the A type coil 13A is used to detect grounding and the B type coil 13B is used to detect grounding and correlative short-circuiting; and it is easy to discriminate fault contents by the detection difference between the A type coil and B type coil.
