<p>A negative ion generator, in which metals or alloys different from each other in ionization tendency are brought into contact with each other to accelerated the corrosion of the metal or alloy with higher ionization tendency. Here, the presence of a neutral solution therebetween serves to accelerated the corrosion. The corroded metal or alloy is in turn ionized to generate metal ion and free electron, with the metal ion reacting with a hydroxide or the like in the neutral solution to become precipitated and the free electron being absorbed through the surface of men or animals to attain useful effects. </p> |
