A cannula (2) is integrally formed with a tube body (1) and can be closed with a turning cap (3). At least one slit (4) which extends in the longitudinal direction is located in the cannula wall. This slit extends at the bottom of an outwardly opening groove (6) which likewise extends in the longitudinal direction in the outer wall of the cannula. When pressure is exerted on the tube body (1) the slit (4) permits product to emerge into the groove (6) uniformly over the slit length. When the turning cap (3) is turned open this product is distributed uniformly over the outer surface of the cannula, so that a product film is produced thereon. This ensures economic application of the product over the entire surface. <IMAGE>
