A cable duct moulded body, which can be produced cost-effectively and can be handled easily because of its low weight, having a lower part (1) and an upper part (2), which has a greater height, both of which consist of corrugated steel sheets which are bent into a groove shape and have corrugations running at right-angles to the longitudinal direction of the moulded body. The edges (8a, 8b) of the upper part (2), which are offset inwards over shoulders (7a, 7b), engage between the inwardly offset edges (5a, 5b) of the lower part (1) and supporting elements (6) which project upwards from said lower part (1). <IMAGE>
