In order to increase the flexibility of keyboards of any desired size with the same or different key button sizes, key supports are manufactured by means of thermoforming moulds, which are assembled in a modular system, the keyboard housing frame simultaneously being produced in one piece and the complete structure being coverable by means of a flexible elastic film held in a frame-like enclosure for protection against environmental effects.
