PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of foreign matter and to improve detection sensitivity by admitting an insulating fluid into a contact chamber provided in a housing, guiding it along the circumferential surface of a contactor, and discharging the fluid from its housing projection end surface. CONSTITUTION:A partition wall 11 is provided at the almost axially center part of the cylindrical housing 10 in one body. The contact chamber 13 is formed between the 1st insulating body 12 and partition wall 11. For example, dry compressed air is admitted into the contact chamber 13, which is filled. Further, the air is guided from a recessed groove 22 which is not closed by the collar part 20 of the contact 20 to between a guide hole 19 and the contactor 18 and then discharged through the gap between the chambered part 18a of the contactor 18 and the guide hole 17 of the 2nd insulating body 16. Thus, the flow passage 24 for the compressed air is formed. |
