摘要

PURPOSE:To suppress automatically noise produced at an output terminal of a voice decoding circuit at the transmission of digital data by converting a theoretical value of the digital data into a prescribed repetitive signal. CONSTITUTION:The digital data in low speed applied to an input terminal 4 of a data converting circuit 3 at a transmission section is converted into ''1010101'' to ''0'' input and into ''0101010'' to ''1'' input. This converted data and a voice digital signal from an adaptive delta coding circuit 1 are selected by a changeover switch 5 and transmitted sequentially to a modulating circuit 6, transmission line 7 and a demodulating circuit 8.
