The number of pulses generated by a measuring device (1) which measures radioactivity or the like are counted by a preset counter (2). When the count exceeds a set value, automatic dialers (5-1, 5-2, 5-3) are activated to call someone such as the owner to the phone. When the owner answers the phone, an alarm is delivered over the telephone line from an alarm generator circuit (7), and, after the generation of the alarm, the output pulses from the measuring device (1) are recorded by a recorder (11) for predetermined periods of time at given intervals. The recorded pulses can be listened to remotely by a remote control signal. |
