PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a large flexibility by a structure wherein an active turn part consists in alternately repeating with larger diametral turn part and smaller diametral turn part and the inside coil diameter at the larger diametral part is set larger than the outside coil diameter at the smaller diametral part by a predetermined difference. CONSTITUTION:In case of a coiled spring C with the total number of turns 6 and number of active turns 5, the coil ranging from the upper starting end for winding to the position of 0.5 turns has a smaller coil diameter as an end turn part F. The coil ranging from the position of 0.5 turns to the position of 1 turn has gradually increasing coil diameters as a transfer part Mi1. Further, the coil ranging from the position of 1 turn to the position of 2 turns has a larger coil diameter as a larger diametral part L1 and the coil ranging from the position of 2 turns to the position of 2.5 turns has gradually decreasing coil diameters as a transfer part Md1. Then, the coil ranging from the position of 2.5 turns to the position of 3.5 turns has a smaller coil diameter as a smaller diametral part S. Furthermore, the coil ranging from the position of 3.5 turns to the position of 4 turns has gradually increasing coil diameters as a transfer part Mi2 and the coil ranging from the position of 4 turns to the position of 5 turns has a larger coil diameter as a larger diametral part L2. Finally, the coil ranging from the positin of 5 turns to the position of 5.5 turns has gradually decreasing coil diameters as a transfer part Md2 and the coil ranging from the position of 5.5 turns to the position of 6 turns has a smaller diameter as the end turn part F. |
