<p>The invention relates to a circuit permitting very rapid switching control of a power transistor (T). This circuit is of the bridge inverter type. Each of the positive (IB1) and negative (IB2) base currents is determined and limited by a current source (T4, R5, R6, R7 and T2, R2, R3, R4 respectively). Thus, the transistors of these current sources operating in an unsaturated state can be very rapidly switched. This circuit allows a power transistor to be switchably operated at frequencies of the order of 10 to 100 kHz, with variable form factors. <IMAGE></p> |
