PURPOSE:The titled uniform and stable composition, obtained by neutralizing a resin composition consisting of a specific acrylic resin containing (meth)acrylamide, etc. in a specific proportion with an amine, etc., and capable of preventing the decoloring without reducing the coating film performance by usual electrodeposition coating. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by incorporating (A) an acrylic resin containing 2-20wt% (meth)acrylamide, e.g. N-alkylacrylamide, and/or a derivative thereof, and having 15-45 acid value and 5-50 deg.C glass transition temperature with (B) an amino compound, e.g. an alkoxymethylated aminotriazine, which is a crosslinking agent, at (60-80)/(40-20) weight ratio between the components (A) and (B), and neutralizing the resultant mixture with (C) one or more of an amine and ammonia.
