Title compds. (IV; R1/3=C1-4 alkyl, phenyl, benzyl, anicyl C1-4 alkoxy, carbonylmethyl group; n=0-2), used as antiulcers, were prepd. by the reaction of V or its reactive derivs and R1/3-OH. In an example, a suspension of 7.12g 3'-carboxy-phenyl(E)-4-guanidinomethylcyclohexanecarboxylate hydrochloride, 2.76g P-anisalcohol and 5.16g dicyclohexylcarbodiimide was stirred at room temp for 18 hr. 100ml water was added to the reactant, stirred by acidification of HCI for 1 hr. The product was extracted from ethanol. 8.4g 3'-Anicyloxy-carbonylphenyl(E)-4-guanidinomethylcyclohexanecarboxylate hydrochloride was obtained. (m.p. 90-93oC)
