PURPOSE:To obtain a scoop having a strong handle lever and strong connections by a method in which a large-diameter portion and a small-diameter portion are provided on the scoop side of the handle lever, a small-diameter cylinder and an upwardly inclined projection piece are provided on the handle lever side of the scoop, and the small-diameter portion and projection piece of the scoop are inserted into the handle lever and combined with a presser piece. CONSTITUTION:In the direct connection between a scoop 1 and a tubular handle lever 2, an expanded portion 20 and a cylindrical projection piece of a smaller diameter than the expanded portion 20 are projectionally provided near the scoop side of the handle lever 2. On the other hand, a small-diameter cylindrical portion 10 and a slantly and upwardly extending portion 11 following the cylindrical portion 10 are projectionally provided on the handle lever side of the scoop 1. The extending portion 11 and the cylindrical portion 10 of the scoop 1 are inserted into the projection piece of the handle lever 2, and then the presser piece 3 is pressed into the cylindrical portion 10 and the extending portion 11. The handle lever having a high strength can be obtained by using the small- diameter handle tube and the connecting operation of them can be made easily and quickly. |
