<p>PURPOSE:To attain highly speedy control and continuous change-over by regulating the voltage and the phase by thyristor control. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting transformer 11 is added, and a tapping change-over device is changed to a thyristor control system device. At a serial transformer 2, a serial winding 12, in which one edge is connected to the connecting point of two phases of a high pressure main winding, an exciting winding 8 and a stable winding 9 are wound to the iron core for the serial transformer. The composite voltage of the in-phase component voltage and the quadrature component voltage is impressed to one serial transformer, and by regulating in level and polarity of the voltage to occur between terminals k and l of thyristor groups 16 and 17 by ON.OFF control of the thyristor, the size and the phase of the voltage to occur at a serial winding 12 are changed, and the level and a phase difference theta of a voltage Es to occur at the high pressure side can be investigated optionally.</p> |
