PURPOSE:To facilitate a work of soldering and to increase strength of a heat exchanger, by enabling to perform the welding work between each part by raising the temperature at one time only, by providing a cutout and a cutout hole in the support post of a heat exchanger in order to use them to insert the heat exchanger into a can body. CONSTITUTION:An inlet pipe 8a and an outlet pipe 8b for a coil 8 which is spirally wound and is to be a heat exchanger body, are assembled so as to be in the same direction, and the two pipes 8a and 8b are respectively fixed to a heat exchanger flange 7 by solders 10 by the intermediary of a joint adapter 9. A support post 11a to reinforce the straight pipe part in the coil 8 of an inlet pipe 8a is solidly fixed to the support post body 11 to reinforce the inlet and the outlet pipes 8a and 8b. A cutout 11b which enables to solder the heat exchanging flange 7 to each joint adapter 9 in the state that the support post body 11 is set, and a cutout hole which enables to solder each joint adapter 9 to the inlet pipe 8a and the outlet pipe 8b are provided to the support post body 11. With such an arrangement, the welding work between each part can be performed by raising the temperature at one time only. |
