PURPOSE:To obtain a completely water-proof concrete underground depository by a method in which a synthetic rubber bag formed by a high-frequency bonding is inserted into an excavated hole, a bottom plate is placed on the bottom of the bag, a surrounding wall is set on the bottom plate, and a cover plate with a manhole is placed on the surrounding wall. CONSTITUTION:A loosened portion 2 is formed on the upper peripheral edge corners of a synthetic rubber bag 1 formed into a box shape by a high-frequency bonding method in a factory. Fitting clothes 3 are bonded at an adequate interval to the edge sides of the bag 1, and the bag 1 is inserted into a hole of the same volume as the bag 1. A concrete bottom slab 4 is set on the inner bottom of the bag 1, and inner wall concrete panels 5 are erected on the bottom slab 4. A cover plate 7 having a manhole 6 on its upside is covered on the concrete panels 5, and the excavated hole is refilled with soil. An underground basement having a complete water-proof effect can thus be constructed safely in a short period.
