PURPOSE:To improve the stability and safety of heating by a method wherein in the case of the heating device adopted to perform a heating operation by elevating the pressure of heated air, the heating operation is controled by detecting signals regarding the pressure and the temperature of heated air so that the barometric pressure in a heating chamber may not become higher than a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:With the initiation of a heating operation, a control device 29 closes a pressure reducing valve 27 and holds the output of a power source device 30 at a high level. Therefore, heaters 31 and 32 and a high frequency oscillator 33 are driven to start the heating operation. As a safety valve 28 and a pressure adjust valve 26 are closed while they are kept at a predetermined pressure, the barometric pressure in the heating chamber 6 elevates as the temperature therein elevates. The detecting signals from a barometric pressure detecting device 25 and a temperature detecting device 36 are transmitted to the control device 29. When the barometric pressure in the heating chamber reaches a predetermined value, hot air and steam are discharged from the heating chamber by opening the pressure adjust valve 26 and the output of the power source 30 is lowered to thereby keep the temperature in the chamber at a value at which the predetermined barometric pressur is maintained. As a consequence, the heating operation is controled safely and easily to thereby improve the stability of the heating operation. |
