EXAMPLE:0-Ethyl 0-[4-(beta,beta,beta-trifluoroethylthio)phenyl] methane-thio-phosphonate of formula III. USE:Insecticide, acaricide, nematocide: it causes no chemical injuries to cultivated plants at all. PREPARATION:The reaction between a compound of formula IV (Hal is halogen) and another compound of formula V in the presence of a base gives the compound of formula I .
