PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a firm heat exchanger unit, saving the cost of preparing for a mold to manufacture an outer casing, by simplifying the structure of the outer casing of a heat exchanger unit consisting of a heat exchanger and a fan motor. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 10 having a plate fin which is bent into the shape of a L is set upright on the left side of a base plate 2. This heat exchanger 10, and one end 20a of mounting blank 20 for a fan motor which forcibly exchanges heat with air are fixed to the bottom of a base plate 2. The bent part 20c at the other end 20b of a mounting blank 20 is abutted against the upper edge 21 of a heat exchanger 10. A cabinet 5 is composed of a front plate 30 for a unit 1 and a top plate 31, both parts forming a L-shape. The rear edge 34 of a cabinet 5 is fixedly supported by the other end 20b of a mounting base 20. |
