The plant cultivation arrangement includes several channels moved, during food solution supply, in mutually parallel positions on an intermittent basis. This movement is in a horizontal direction at right-angles to the groove longitudinal direction, and over two bed sections (5A,5B) one above the other. - At the ends of the bed sections are hoists (17A,17B) to transfer one groove or channel at a time between the bed sections. The grooves on the one bed section are moved in the opposite direction to those on the other.(2) |
