PURPOSE:To enable to arbitrarily change the driving mode so as to suit to running conditions by a structure wherein a differential lock clutch is arranged between the input side and the output side of a differential gear and at the same time a change-over clutch is arranged in the part of the output side of the differential gear. CONSTITUTION:A differential gear 7 provides with a pair of output shafts 7b and 7c at the front and the rear of an input gear case 7a in a power transmission gear, in which the turning force of a prime mover 1 is transmitted through a transmission 2 to a differential gear 7 and then distributed to driving systems 3-1 and 3-2 of the respective front and rear wheels. The propeller shaft 6 of the rear wheel driving system 3-2 is connected to the rear output shaft 7c. On the other hand, the propeller shaft 6 of the front wheel driving system 3-1 is connected through a change-over clutch to the front output shaft 7b. Further, a differential lock clutch 9 is interposed between the input gear case 7a and the output side, for example the front output shaft 7b. In the structure as mentioned above, the change of driving mode is performed by controlling said clutches 8 and 9.
