摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a self-fluxing alloy for surface hardening with superior resistance to wear, scuffing and pitting by adding specified amounts of Fe, Cr, Si, B, C, Mo and Cu to Ni. CONSTITUTION:An Ni alloy contg. 6-22% Fe, 8-15% Cr, 3-9% Si, 1-3% B, 0.3-1.5% C, 1-8% Mo and 1-5% Cu as essential components is refined and crushed to manufacture a self-fluxing alloy for surface hardening. When the alloy is used as a self-fluxing alloy for sprayed deposition or overlay in accordance with the composition, the treated surface is provided with superior resistance to wear, scuffing and pitting.
