MANUFACTURE OF 4-NITROPHENYLAMINE

The title compounds are prepared from 4-nitrohalobenzenes and aromatic amines in the presence of potassium carbonate and copper compounds within a short time and in high purity and yield by adding at least one further compound of a metal of main group III, IV, V and VI or of sub-group II, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII of the Periodic Table.
