PURPOSE:To carry out securing of a decorative component reliably, by a method wherein a pressing pin is attached elastically to either one of a top and bottom metal dies so that it is protruded into a cavity, the decorating component is mounted on the bottom of the other cavity and the decorating component is secured by the pressing pin. CONSTITUTION:When a top die 1 and a bottom die 2 are in an uncovered state, a metallic name plate 5 is secured with a press pin 3 by tightening the top and bottom dies after the metallic name plate 5 has been mounted on the position, where the press pin 3 presses the bottom, of the bottom of a cavity 2a of the bottom metallic die 2 by abutting a part seen from the top side of a finished band against the position. Then injection molding is done by pouring a molten synthetic resin material through a pouring gate led to the cavity 2a. The title band is made to finish by taking out the band, which is made of synthetic resin and is equipped with the metallic name plate, by uncovering the top and bottom metal dies after a spring bar hole has been made to finish by removing a spring bar hole pin which has been made to protrude into the cavity 2a prior to injection after the injection molding. |
