PURPOSE:To obtain a whale baconlike food, having the same sense of eating and taste as those of a whale bacon, and utilizing effectively a waste chicken, by mixing and dipping the waste chicken, chicken skin and collagen in a seasoning solution, mixing further collagen therein, and laminating the waste chicken and chicken skin alternately, and contact bonding the resultant laminate. CONSTITUTION:A waste chicken or chicken or both are mixed with chicken (optionally containing a pig split leather and/or cattle split leather) at preferably 1:3 ratio, and collagen is added thereto to give a raw material, which is then mixed and dipped in a seasoning. Collagen in 5-20% total amount based on the chicken and chicken skin) is further added to the raw material, and then the waste chicken or chicken or both are laminated on the chicken skin alternately. The resultant laminate is then contact bonded under heating to give the aimed food. |
