PURPOSE:To move a frame with a simple mechanism by setting the frame on nearly the same plane between both conveying surfaces through a frame sliding surface in a frame inserting mechanism shifting a frame fitted with ICs between adjacent conveying paths at a right angle. CONSTITUTION:A frame 11 fed from the fist conveying path 10 is guided to a sliding surface 12 and is stopped when its front face hits a stopper 16. The tip of a shifting arm 17 lowered to the sliding surface 12 is lowered to a position facing the rear edge of the frame 11. The stopper is lifted to release the stop condition of the frame 11. When a frame inserting arm 15 is moved from the first conveying path 10 to the second conveying path 13, a shifting arm 17 is moved on the sliding surface with its tip kept downward and is guided to the conveying surface of the second conveying path. |
