PURPOSE:To improve the effect and efficiency of application, by providing a frame capable of changing its relative position against a vehicle below the vehicle, further dottedly providing the group of nozzles having circularily swingable nozzle openings at the frame, and changing the swinging direction of each nozzle between the lengthwise and widthwise directions of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 is provided below a vehicle W to be coated, in a manner such that its relative position against the vehicle W can be changed. A plurality of nozzles 9 for atomizing paint toward the lower surface of the vehicle W are dottedly provided at said frame 2. The openings of the nozzles 9 are made individually circularily swingable back and forth, and the nozzles 9 are pivoted through pins to the upper piece of a nozzle holder 8 so that the swinging direction of the nozzles 9 can be changed to the lengthwise and widthwise directions of the vehicle W.
