PURPOSE:To finely adjust readily and safely the inclination of a reflecting mirror by providing an inclining pin having an oblique surface between a supporting plate for supporting a laser tube and a movable plate for fixedly supporting the mirror, sliding the oblique surface, and adjusting the interval between the supporting plate and the movable plate. CONSTITUTION:Since the oblique surface of an inclining pin 37 is telescoped in contact with the spherical surface of a steel ball 36 by screwing in or out a push screw 38, the interval between a supporting plate 10 and a movable plate 14 is varied as an axis of a line for coupling the steel ball in contact with the oblique surface of a flexible screw 24 and an inclining pin 44. In other words, the inclination of the reflecting mirror 11 can be altered. Similarly, when a push screw 45 is screwed in or out, the inclination of the mirror 11 can be varied with the line for coupling the screw 24 to the ball 36 as an axis. Therefore, even if the laser light resonator is placed vertically, the inclination of the reflecting mirror from the vertical direction of the axis of the resonator can be readily altered vertically and laterally independently. |
