PURPOSE:To prevent burrs from generating on the surface of a molding, by providing a protruded part pressing a soft resin part positioning at a cut edge part side of the molding against an inner wall side of a cavity on a part of an inner wall of a core die. CONSTITUTION:When a molding M is inserted into a core die, a lip part 4 is deviated by facing it more upper side than a chain line with two dots through elastic body piece 20. When a cavity die 52 is tightened under this state the molding is pinched by the cavity 52 and the core 51, though the lip part 4 is pushed out and is made to deviate toward the lower side, a part 4A of the root of the lip part 4 is pinched strongly by pressure of the elastic body piece 20 and welded to an inner wall of the cavity 52. When molten resin is injected at high pressure under this state, there is no leak of the molten resin and burrs are not generated even if the resin is filled up in a space Y formed by the cavity 52, the core 51 and the molding M. |
