PURPOSE:To form a panel having a stepped part without generating any concave distortion by dividing a punch into a main punch and an auxiliary punch forming a stepped part of the punch and interposing an elastic body that energizes the auxiliary punch to the die side. CONSTITUTION:In a double action press, a punch 13 is divided into a main punch 13b and an auxiliary punch 14 that forms a stepped part 13a of the punch 13. Further, an elastic body 17 that energizes the auxiliary punch 14 to the die side is interposed between the auxiliary punch 14 and the main punch 13b. As the part corresponding to a stepped face 1a of a work 1 is always pressed by the auxiliary punch 14, the generation of creases can be suppressed. |
