PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a slip issuing system by providing a magnetic card reader to each meter to set the meter in a refueling enable state and producing slips by a common printer to issue a slip after reading a card only when a customer wants the slip. CONSTITUTION:The information on a card is read by a meter for refueling when a customer performs refueling, and a password number recorded on the card is fed through a keyboard 24. When the customer wants a slip after refueling carried out by the meter, the card is put into a slip issuing terminal. Then the card is read to issue a slip, and the customer receives this slip. A meter card reader 15 attached to each meter reads the card information and stores the customer code for each meter. When the customer code is effective, the password number fed by a key is collated with the password number of the card. When the coincidence is obtained from said collation, the refueling is possible with the meter. A buffering operation is performed for registration through an SS-POS main body when the refueling of a set amount is through with the meter. Then the amount of refueling, etc. are recorded to an output medium. |
