PURPOSE:To fit an upper half onto a lower half easily and accurately together with a front cover without a positional shift by fitting the front cover onto the lower half in the state, where the front cover is fixed temporarily on the upper half, to make it difficult that the front cover and the upper half are separated from each other at the fitting time. CONSTITUTION:A pair of recessed parts 41 fitting a pair of fulcrum pins 15 of the front cover 4 is provided in the left and the right of an upper half 1, and a projection 26 which detains front end part 25b of a torsion coil spring 25 and a projection 33 for fixing temporarily a rear end part 25c are provided before and after the fulcrum pins 15. A coil part 25a is inserted to the outside circumferences of the fulcrum pins 15, and the fulcrum pins 15 are fitted into a pair of recessed parts 41 in the state where both of front and rear end parts 25b and 25c are engaged with the detaining projection 26 and the temporarily fixing projection 33 respectively, and a rear end part 25e is inserted into an upper slit 44, and the rear end part 25c is engaged with the temporarily fixing projection 33, and the upper half is fitted onto a lower half 2, and then, the rear end part 25e is brought into contact with a prescribed contacting part of the lower half 2. Thus, a cassette box body is assembled easily and accurately. |
