摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to form high-quality approximating expressions for a calibration curve, by using a K value obtained by special computing expressions, thereby evaluating the approximating expressions for the measuring line. CONSTITUTION:A K value is obtained by the expression I or the expression II. In the case of the expression I , an approximating expression is expressed by the function of y=f(x). In the case of the expression II, an approximating expressed by the function of x=g(y). In the expressions, (x) is concentration; Xi is the concentration of the ith standard sample; (y) is the raw signal, which is obtained by analyzing equipment before conversion to the concentration; Yij is the raw signal, which is obtained by the jth measurement of the ith standard sample; Ni is the number of repeated measuring times of the ith standard sample; N is the total of the standard samples; and f(Xi) and g<-1>(Xi) are the values, which are obtained by the approximating expressions for a measuring line based on the raw signal corresponding to the concentration Xi of the ith standard sample. By the evaluation using the K value obtained in this way, the high-quality approximating expressions for the calibration curve can be readily formed.
