PURPOSE:To prevent destruction of a transistor (TR) by providing a parallel circuit whose TR applied with an input pulse is conductive when a collector- emitter voltage is a prescribed voltage or over in a pulse generating circuit using a transformer. CONSTITUTION:The 1st TRQ1 is connected in series with the primary side of the transistor T1 connected to a DC power supply and a pulse voltage V2 is produced at the secondary side by the intermission of the TRQ1. Then, a flyback voltage V2 higher than an input voltage V1 is produced between the collector and emitter of the TRQ1 when the collector current current is nonconductive at a Toff time. When a collector-emitter voltage VCE of the TRQ1 is higher and reaches a detecting voltage V0, an operational amplifier I1 is operated, the 2nd TRQ2 is turned on and the flyback energy is consumed in a resistor R1, then the VCE is always lower than a breakdown voltage VD. |
