发明名称 CONTROL SYSTEM OF MOTOR POSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress the vibrations and to increase the stopping accuracy of a motor by setting high and low gains when the position error between the commanded shift degree and the rotational frequency of a motor is small and large respectively when said position error is multiplied by the set gain. CONSTITUTION:The rotational frequency of a motor 18 is detected by a pulse coder 19, and an error register 15b detects the error between the commanded shift degree and the detected shift degree. Then an output Er is sent to a multiplier 15d and a numerical control part. The numerical control part stores a gain which is reduced as the Er increases to a register 15c when the Er is larger than the limit value E0 and then stores a fixed and large gain when the Er is smaller than the value E0 respectively. The output Er is multiplied by the value of the register 15c through the multiplier 15d. This value of multiplication is converted into the voltage Vc by an analog switch 15e and an analog adder 16 and applied to control the drive of the motor 18.
