PURPOSE:To perform the acceleration/deceleration control of a servo motor with a small change of speed and a small delay with high responsiveness, by transmitting a position command signal to a servo control part via an LPF of >=2 orders. CONSTITUTION:An acceleration/deceleration control part 5 receives a rectangular wave-shaped position command signal Pa (V0) and converts it into a trapezoidal signal Pb (V1) having tilted rise and fall parts through a rectilinear acceleration/deceleration part 3. Then the signal Pb (V1) is transmitted through an LPF4 to obtain a signal Pc (V2) having slower tilts at the rise start part, the rise end part, the fall start part and the fall end part respectively. The servo control part 6 drives a servo motor M with the output Pc (V2) of the part 5, and therefore the high frequency component is cut to ensure an accurate control with quick response. A vessel type filter is suited to the LPF4, and other types of filters are also available. The part 3 can be omitted to use only the LPF4. |
