<p>PURPOSE:To attain highly accuracy piezoelectric oscillator by constituting an oscillating circuit by capacitors, resistive elements, wiring conductors, a piezoelectric oscillator and semiconductor elements at the inside of a laminated sintered body and providing capacitors replaced with the capacitors in the oscillating circuit. CONSTITUTION:The capacitors 11-1-11-3 and 13-1-13-3 are adjusted in matching with the characteristic of the crystal oscillator 23 and a diode 22. Further, the capacitors 11-1-11-3, 12, 13-1-13-3, 14-16 and the resistors 1-6 other than the crystal oscillator and a transistor are formed in the laminated substrate. Connecting terminal parts 31-38 to form a circuit in matching with the characteristic of the crystal oscillator and the diode are formed on the surface of the laminated substrate. The adjusting capacitors 11-1-11-3, and 13-1-13-3 are selected by connecting the connecting terminals formed on the surface of the substrate by a short bar.</p> |
