PURPOSE:To improve reliability and safety, by measuring the flow rate of slurry fluid flowing in a pipe system in a process by flowmeters, wherein blocking phenomena are not yielded, thereby preventing locking and preventing the blocking of the pipe system wherein the slurry fluid flows. CONSTITUTION:Slurry fluid flows from a slurry tank 1 to a fuel nozzle 14 in a pipe system. In this pipe system, indirect measuring devices, e.g., electromagnetic flowmeters, wherein the supply of the slurry fluid does not becomes zero even temporarily, are provided. Valves 22 and 23 and valves 24 and 25 are provided before and after flowmeters 20 and 21 so that the flowmeters can be replaced or repaired during the operation. In this constitution, the flow rate of the slurry fluid can be measured so that the slurry fluid is not blocked. Therefore, reliability and safety in the flow rate measurement can be improved. |
