PURPOSE:To reduce a material and cost and fixing performance for a long period by attaching and detaching an elastic tube to and from a roller as an object of attachment, and providing a engagement part which engages with the roller. CONSTITUTION:A surface layer 40 has four linear projection streaks 41, 42, 43, and 44 to the overall length in the roller axial direction of the circumferential surface as engagement parts so that it is held in tight contact with the roller body. Those projection streaks engage with grooves in the roller body 30 to couple the both in one body. Further, the whole body is formed in a tube shape, so the surface 40 is provided with annular projection surfaces 41a, 42a, and 43a in its internal layer. Those projection surfaces engage with the annular grooves of the roller 30 to engage the both in one body. This constitution reduces the materials and cost and maintains the fixing performance for a long period. |
