PURPOSE:To insulate sections among adjacent windings and a section between the winding and a cross arm brace without damaging a cooling effect only by a winding process by rolling a duct into a section, to which other windings on the outermost circumference of a winding conductor or fittings, etc. adjoin or with which they are in contact through an insulator. CONSTITUTION:On a three-phase transformer not varnished, a duct 13 is rolled into sections adjoining to both neighboring end leg windings 11' in the outermost circumference of a central leg winding 11, and ducts 13' are rolled into sections adjoining to cross arm brace 14 in the outermost circumferences of the end leg windings 11'. On a general transformer without using cross arm brace, ducts 13 are rolled into sections adjoining to both neighboring end leg windings in the outermost circumference of the central leg winding 11. The ducts 13, 13' are rolled in on winding work in both cases, and the functions of insulation and cooling are maintained. |
