PURPOSE:To prevent oxidation, corrosion, and degradation of a magnetic characteristic by providing a vertically magnetized anisotropic magnetic thin film consisting of a specific oxide ferrimagnetic material on a transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION:A vertically magnetixed anisotropic magnetic thin film 2 consisting of an oxide ferrimagnetic material indicated with an expression (Me is one kind of element at least selected from Ba, Sr, and Pb groups and X is 3-8) is provided on a transparent substrate 1, and a reflective film layer 3 is provided on this film 2. Thus, the stability against oxidation and the magnetic characteristic are improved. |
