PURPOSE:To keep the width of a follow part uniform and eliminate face blushing and obtain a high preservation capacity by holding the hollow part formed with a pair of substrates in certain width by an adhesive where minute filler- shaped or granular members are dispersed. CONSTITUTION:Glass fibers 6 and the adhesive are dispersed sufficiently by a ball mill and are applied onto spacer formation predeterminate lines of glass substrates 1 and 1' by the applying method such as a screen printing method or the like. Two glass substrates 1 and 1' are so superposed that a prescribed hollow part 5 is formed, and the adhesive is hardened under a prescribed hardening condition after pressurizing. Thus, spacers 3 and 3' having glass fibers 6 are formed, and the length between substrates 1 and 1' is held constant dependently upon the diameter of glass fibers 6 in the spacer 3. Therefore, the eccentricity is reduced, and the characteristic of a heat-sensitive light absorbing layer is held for a long time. |
