<p>PURPOSE:To avoid writing erroneous information although the lifetime of a battery expires by supplying an information shunt signal to a built-in IC when a card is separated from an external device and writing the information to an internal nonvolatile memory. CONSTITUTION:An IC2 is molded into a card main body 1 of synthetic resin, and an input part 3 and an output part 4 are connected to the IC2 via wirings l1 and l2 respectively. A power supply part 5 contains a lithium or solar battery incorporated into the card main body. The IC2 is provided with an interface circuit 21, an operation circuit 22, a memory circuit 23 and a read/write control circuit 24. The circuit 23 contains a nonvolatile memory and a random access memory RAM.</p> |
