PURPOSE:To attain the ON/OFF control of a large current with a miniature transistor TR by cutting off the current which flows to an input terminal of a 3- terminal regulator from the base of the 1st TR and then cutting off the collector current of the 1st TR. CONSTITUTION:The emitter and the collector of the 1st TR1 are connected between a terminal of one side of a DC power supply and a terminal 2 of one side of a load. The collector and the emitter of the 2nd TR20 are connected between the base of the TR1 and a terminal of the input side of a 3-terminal regulator IC1. Then the control voltage is applied to the base of the TR20 to perform the ON/OFF control of a large current. |
