PURPOSE:To provide a polyester block copolymer compsn. having excellent resistance to heat, hydrolysis and impact, consisting of a polyester block copolymer, polytetramethylene terephthalate and a monofunctional or polyfunctional epoxy compd. CONSTITUTION:5-95pts.wt. polyester block copolymer obtd. by reacting a crystalline arom. polyester with a caprolactone, 95-5pts.wt. polytetramethylene terephthalate and 0.2-10wt% (based on the combined amount of polyester block copolymer and polytetramethylene terephthalate) monofunctional or polyfunctional epoxy compd. are mixed together. Preferred crystalline arom. polyesters include those having a m.p. of 150 deg.C or higher in the case of a high degree of polymn.
