The invention relates to a mobile and autonomous device which allows video recording of the detection. It consists of a one-piece case 1 enclosing a radar 11, connected to a camera 2 and to a microphone 3. With the camera 2 and the microphone 3 being connected to a portable video recorder 4, the radar 11, connected to the portable video recorder 4, gives the order to this video recorder 4 to record upon detection, which the camera 2 and the microphone 3 can see and hear. <IMAGE>
