PURPOSE:To lead out an answer efficiently from an expert by utilizing the causal relation which is systematized without contradiction and redundancy with a structural method and asking questions successively in accordance with answers of the expert on a basis of the final event to search a final cause. CONSTITUTION:A known causal relation (a) is systematized to a causal relation without contradiction nor redundancy and is stored in a storage device 2. Examples which the expert experiences are picked up by him, and the question start is indicated to a question generating device 5 from a keyboard 9. The question generating device 5 takes out data having a strong causal chain from the storage device 2 to generate a question sentence. An answer is attained for this sentence from the expert and is inputted to the question generating device 5, and a cause is searched from the storage device 2 to obtain the causal relation. If another alike cause is found in this process, a new causal relation is generated and is transferred to a changing device 3. These operations are performed through a picture editing function 8 and a Romaji (method of writing Japanese in Roman characters)-Kanji (Chinese character) converting function 7 while watching a Japanese language display device 6. Thus, the knowledge of the experts are gathered in a computer efficiently. |
