PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent strength, flexibility and resistance to thermal aging, cracking and gasoline, by kneading a specified rubber compsn. and a polyamide in the presence of a crosslinking agent with heating. CONSTITUTION:70-40vol% rubber compsn. (A) having a gel fraction of 70wt% or above consisting of 5-50vol% acrylonitrile/butadiene copolymer having a carboxyl group content of 1.5wt% or above and 95-50vol% epichlorohydrin rubber, 30-60vol% polyamide (B) and a crosslinking agent (C) such as m-phenylene bis maleimide are introduced into a hermetically sealed kneader which can be kept out of contact with air, and kneaded by heating at a temp. not lower than the m.p. of component B to crosslink them.
